• Performance reporting

Specific deliverables will be defined in a written proposal or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information, branding materials, and content on time

• Approve creatives within agreed timelines

• Ensure supplied materials do not violate copyright or third-party rights

• Make payments according to agreed schedules

• All creatives must be approved by the Client before publishing.
